Men's Leadership Advance

Generating Leadership Capacity in Credit Unions

August 4-7, 2008

PDF Flyer click here

The future for credit unions necessitates leaders who embody the capacity to affect extraordinary outcomes.  This is an opening for you and other men executives to create the world they desire.  How to move organizations in a big way without sacrificing authenticity is relevant to the leadership required in credit unions.  Going for the extraordinary outcomes requires accessing untapped capacity in a competitive, challenging and constantly changing financial institution environment.

This event is designed exclusively for men in the commitment of serving in executive roles in credit unions. The program context retains the embodied leadership segments of our leadership camps while including a place for shared conversation about the shifting needs in modern leadership and explore where each of us can show up in a greater effectiveness.  The unique structure of the program will:

  • Expand your capacity to produce extraordinary outcomes.
  • Produce clarity on your exclusive offer.
  • Author your own ongoing leadership plan.
  • Build leadership practices to fulfill on your commitment to leadership.
  • Connect Purpose, on a deep level, to your leadership commitment.
  • Affect and sustain extraordinary change.
  • Build dignity in servant leadership.

Capacity is 10-12 participants and the location is at the Advancing Leadership Institute’s own Bluebird Lodge outside of Durango, CO.

Financial Investment:  $3,750 per person inclusive of ground transportation, food and lodging.  The event includes four individual coaching sessions scheduled before and after the event.

Over the past several years we have facilitated other similar events that some of our clients assess as a watershed event for themselves and their teams.  The event provides for a big step toward the next level of leadership and for men seeking to build the competency of establishing quick trust and accountability with others in a changing environment.
