Susan Geear is an international coach, consultant, and social justice advocate, committed to partnering with leaders to support personal, social, and organizational change. She works with multinational corporations, financial institutions, nonprofits, and NGO’s fostering a commitment toward global citizenship, social consciousness, and personal responsibility. Her clientele spans over 32 countries which has provided her the opportunity to travel and experience the diversity of cultures and traditions of Eastern Africa, Istanbul, Dubai and Cebu. This rich cultural awareness supports her ability to bridge global communities by cultivating new pathways toward understanding and compassion.

Integrating the value of collaboration with her entrepreneurial, leadership, and managerial experience, Susan’s coaching results in purposeful action and sustainable change. Known for listening deeply, inquiring powerfully, and assessing integrally, she is a partner for developing leadership presence and capacity. Clients speak to her uncanny ability to quickly build rapport, to provide evocative assessments, and to incite action.

Susan brings over 20 years of business and technology experience, ranging from independent ventures as an entrepreneur and consultant to organizational work with the California Teachers Association. She has also served as co-director of the Global Women’s Leadership Network (GWLN) and now serves as a leader, faculty member and coach in support of GWLN’s Global Leaders for Justice and Women Leaders for the World programs.

Susan is certified as a somatic coach and associate through the Strozzi Institute and as an executive and organizational coach through the Hudson Institute. She also holds a B.S. in business management.

Susan is a dedicated endurance athlete who has completed numerous marathons, half marathons, and triathlons in support of cancer research. She is an avid supporter of local and international causes.
