Executive Coach
Bob Falk has joined DDJ Myers as an Executive Coach, bringing with him extensive leadership experience in the financial services industry. Previously, he served as President and CEO of Purdue Federal Credit Union, where he led the organization through significant growth—expanding membership from 57,000 to over 100,000, doubling staff, and increasing assets from $355 million to over $2 billion.
Falk spearheaded innovative programs, including Indiana’s first student-run high school branches, a university affinity card program, and a financial education initiative in partnership with Purdue University. He has also held leadership roles on industry boards such as CO-OP Financial Services and the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago’s Advisory Council, while co-founding the Indiana Credit Union League’s Ignite initiative for professional development.
An active community leader, Falk has supported organizations like United Way, Junior Achievement, and multiple Purdue University initiatives. His contributions have earned him accolades including the 2022 Purdue University Mentorship Award and the 2023 Indiana League Professional of the Year Award.
