Superior Choice is looking for a strategic, collaborative leader with a strong cultural fit and exemplary lending leadership. As CLO, you will set and execute the strategy to run the complete lending function responsive to the financial services industry’s ongoing needs. As part of the executive leadership team and reporting to the President, Chief Executive Officer, the CLO is responsible for developing and managing the assigned credit union’s portfolio of loans, maintaining and increasing its asset quality, and creating new and existing business relationships. You will work with the executive management team in strategic planning, project planning, and the formulation of goals, policies, and procedures for the general management of the credit union. You will collaborate with the executive management team to formulate strategic direction, develop lending and deposit business, and foster business member relationships for the credit union.
Responsibilities will include calling on clients and prospects to expand existing business and seek opportunities to increase the credit union’s client base. You will oversee all loan departments to maintain a high-quality asset base and up-to-date member file information, including current balance sheets, profit and loss statements, cash flow projections, and assuring all loan documentation accuracy.
Qualifications: 10 to 15 years of similar or related experience, a master’s degree or a bachelor’s degree, plus professional certification (e.g., CPA).
