We’re seeking passionate and committed leaders who are ready to invest in our mission and step into a meaningful leadership path. This is more than a volunteer role. It’s a gateway to potentially becoming a future Board Member.

What You’ll Do

• Contribute a minimum of 150 hours annually to board meetings (non-voting), committees, leadership training, and conferences.
• Actively serve on board-level committees.
• Engage in strategic planning sessions, community events, and board development seminars.
• Collaborate with Board Members and senior leaders on governance and oversight.
• Represent PenAir in the community and embody our values of Communerosity® and service.

What We’re Looking For

• Committed individuals eager to serve long-term and grow into a future Board Director role.
• Individuals who live, work, or worship in Pensacola, Escambia, and Santa Rosa Counties (FL) or Baldwin County (AL).
• Willingness to join PenAir Credit Union as a member (required).
  
• Community-minded leaders with a track record of integrity, service, and engagement.
  
• Previous board experience is a plus.
  
• Desired backgrounds include:
  
  • Accounting/Finance
    
  • Information Technology (IT)
    
  • Human Resources
    
  • Cybersecurity
    
  • Artificial Intelligence (AI)
