Dallas, Texas—ALM First is pleased to announce it has selected Bryan Phillips as the new Manager of New Business and Client Services to help better serve its clients’ needs as it continues to expand its executive benefits team. Phillips brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the role in financial services, insurance, and client relations. He was placed by DDJ Myers, an ALM First Company and well-known leadership development firm that offers a broad range of solutions to help clients optimize their greatest assets – their people.

Prior to joining ALM First, Phillips served as a Delivery Analyst at Stearns Financial Group, where he played a pivotal role in data analysis, investment asset reporting, and supporting new business implementation. His expertise in collaborating with executives and high-net-worth clients on retirement planning and financial transactions positions him as a strategic asset to the ALM First team. His background includes case consulting, financial transaction processing, and policy administration.
In his new role, Phillips will manage the end-to-end client experience, overseeing insurance underwriting, and streamlining business processes to enhance efficiency. His deep understanding of life insurance products and financial services, combined with his exceptional organizational and communication skills, will ensure that ALM First continues to provide seamless, high-quality solutions for credit union and banking industry executives.
His placement is part of DDJ Myers’ ongoing collaboration with ALM First to strategically build and expand its executive benefits division, ensuring the right leadership is in place to meet evolving client needs. “DDJ Myers was my first introduction to ALM First and working with them was a dream,” said Phillips. “Lauren Sankwich was with me every step of the way, ensuring I felt prepared for interviews. Phillips holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California Coast University, graduating Cum Laude. His professional designations include ACS and ALMI, further showcasing his expertise in the financial services sector. He currently resides in Cincinnati, Ohio with his spouse, their two dogs, and many, many books. When he isn’t reading the newest, largest fantasy book he can get his hands on, Bryan enjoys knitting, hiking, and spending too much time browsing board game stores.
