ALM First Executive Benefits proudly provides cutting-edge financial solutions for credit unions and banking executives. As the team continues to grow to meet increasing client demand, they are thrilled to introduce this newly created position, the Case Design Analyst. In this role, you’ll play a key part in designing and analyzing executive benefit plans and financing strategies for both prospective and existing clients.

As an integral part of the Executive Benefits team, the Case Design Analyst will conduct an in-depth financial analysis of life insurance products and nonqualified executive benefit plans, developing tailored proposals with financial projections and recommendations. The role includes creating and evaluating plan designs utilizing specialized software programs to produce detailed financial exhibits and client presentations on executive retention and reward strategies.

Key responsibilities also include modeling executive benefit plans including 457(f) and Split Dollar plans and related financing strategies,  collaborating with insurance carriers on illustrations to support plan design development and enforce management, and enhancing and maintaining plan design templates. The Case Design Analyst will prepare client-ready presentations and provide technical insights to support consulting efforts. Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the executive benefits and life insurance industry, with expertise in modeling executive benefit plans including solutions that involve life insurance
  • Strong understanding of plan design, life insurance products used in corporate-sponsored individually owned plans, and financing strategies
  • Proficiency in analyzing financial metrics
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and insurance carrier illustration software
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a high attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred

Candidates can work remotely anywhere in the United States. Minimal travel will be required.
