REV Federal Credit Union (REV) is recruiting for a strategic leadership chief administrative officer (CAO) role with responsibility for human resources, corporate administration, enterprise risk management, and vendor management programs. As part of the C-suite, this role is vital in building a strategy and culture that gives back to the membership and the community. Building a digital-first strategy and enhanced commitment to its members, REV redefines what banking means as a full-service financial institution with competitive rates, products, and services. 

Strong CAO expertise and experience are needed to effectively perform in the following areas: compliance and regulation, corrective action, fraud prevention, compliance risks, audits, ERM, vendor selection, management programs, and profitability analysis. Also needed is expertise to lead human resource plans and strategies, comprehensive and competitive compensation, talent acquisition and management, succession planning, benefits, and leadership development programs. REV is looking for solid communication skills, process improvement and effectiveness, strategic development expertise, and operational execution to support the culture, positive community brand, and professional reputation.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or finance and five to ten years of progressive financial institution experience. Additionally, working knowledge is needed and education as a chief legal, general counsel, or CAO role. An attorney is strongly preferred.
