Are you semi-retired or looking for a hybrid CLO role with a dynamic organization and culture? Altura Credit Union seeks a proven leader and mentor for its top lending talent.

Altura Credit Union (Altura) is committed to growing its loan portfolio to meet the needs of its membership best today and in the future. As a result, there is a tremendous opportunity for a seasoned leader to join the executive team as the Chief Lending Officer (CLO) to oversee all lending operations and, most importantly, mentor three highly qualified vice presidents. This role will last for two to three years, with the primary objective being the developing internal talent.

Altura takes great pride in being a strategic and progressive credit union regarding the products and services. The same applies to the design of this CLO role. The ideal candidate is a seasoned lending professional who is retired, semi-retired, or nearing the sunset of their career who wants to leave a legacy of developing leaders. Coaching and mentoring the three VPs is just as crucial as applying your knowledge and experience surrounding all aspects of lending.
