Most recently, Falk served as President & CEO of Purdue Federal Credit Union, retiring after dedicating 22 years to the cooperative. Throughout his career, he’s also held executive-level positions at University of Colorado Federal Credit Union, now Elevations Credit Union, and at CUNA Mutual Group.

Well known for his extensive community and industry involvement, Falk has personally been honored with the 2022 Purdue University Mentorship Award and the 2023 Indiana League Professional of the Year Award. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from University of Wisconsin – Madison.
He and his wife, Laura, will celebrate 30 years of marriage this summer and are the proud parents of two adult children. In his free time, Falk enjoys a full range of both watersports and winter sports such as snowboarding and snowmobiling along with biking and mountain biking, car restoration and collecting, golf and tennis.
