ALM First is seeking a motivated and results-driven Executive Benefits Consultant to join its expanding team, helping clients achieve their goals through innovative benefit plans and customized financial strategies.

With a goal of delivering client-focused executive benefits programs for credit unions, not-for-profits, and banking industry leaders, ALM First is now expanding into additional industries to bring its expertise to a broader audience. As an Executive Benefits Consultant, you will play a vital role in building relationships with financial institutions and educating leaders on Supplemental Executive Retirement Plans (SERPs) while promoting the ALM First brand. Key responsibilities include:

  • Consult with clients to deliver tailored executive benefit solutions while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Generating leads through prospecting and personal networks.
  • Educating clients through webinars, on-site meetings, and virtual sessions.
  • Collaborating with marketing to align sales efforts.
  • Attending conferences and other lead-generating events.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals through strategic planning and execution.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in plan design, consultative sales, a passion for achieving results, and the drive to contribute to the success of a growing team. This is your chance to be part of an innovative company that values collaboration, creativity, and excellence.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably targeting C-Suite executives from credit union and banking, higher education, and healthcare executives.
  • Experience selling to C-Suite executives, board members, and decision-makers in financial institutions, healthcare, or higher education.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic sales planning and execution.
  • Proven track record in external business development, including cold-calling.
  • Experience conducting product training and demonstrations.
  • Strong understanding of finance, banking, capital markets, lending, or treasury functions.
  • Working knowledge of consulting executive benefits.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software.
  • Life Insurance License required; Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% and work a flexible schedule.

Candidates can work remotely anywhere in the United States. Travel will be required.
