They are excited to announce a new opportunity for a dynamic and motivated professional to join their team as the Manager of New Business and Client Services (Manager). This role supports the Executive Benefits team in delivering tailored solutions to credit union and banking industry executives. 

As the Manager, you’ll be the backbone of their operations, managing client relationships and the intricate details that keep their business running smoothly. Reporting to the Director of Executive Benefits, the Manager will ensure a seamless client experience by overseeing all aspects of executive benefit plan implementation, insurance underwriting, and onboarding.

As a solo contributor, the Manager will oversee the completion and processing of new business applications, coordinate underwriting documentation, manage correspondence with clients and advisors, and prepare and deliver insurance policies. This role also focuses on building and implementing systems to streamline back-office operations and improve case management efficiency. Additionally, the Manager will handle client inquiries, maintain accurate client data in CRM systems, and prepare materials for annual reviews, working closely with internal teams and third-party partners to enhance the client journey.

Executive benefit plan implementation and administration responsibilities include project management of the implementation process, plan set up for internal operational systems including records/documents filing, service contract, annual service calendars such as premium billing, and policy reviews. Acting as a liaison between clients, advisors, third-party administrators, and carriers, the Manager will ensure client needs are met efficiently while developing and refining processes to enhance policy management and overall service delivery. Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in client service within the life insurance or financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of life insurance products, underwriting processes, and executive benefit plans
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
  • Experience working with insurance carriers, advisors, and clients in a corporate or independent setting
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred

Candidates can work remotely anywhere in the United States. Minimal travel will be required.
