DDJ Myers is looking for a self-motivated individual who wants to get his or her foot in the door with a stable, fast-paced organization. The work environment is fast-paced and priorities quickly change. Candidates must be able to adapt. Candidates should also be comfortable managing several clients and projects at once. Candidates must enjoy being challenged and be able to keep up with changing priorities. The candidate must have a can-do attitude, a strong grasp of time management, and love working with people.

As a search consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • writing job descriptions
  • going through applications for ongoing searches
  • building relationships with clients and candidates
  • performing first round screening interviews
  • identifying qualified candidates for open positions and engaging them in the hiring process
  • packaging candidates for presentation to clients
  • preparing candidates for interviews
  • conducting background checks
  • performing reference checks

Candidates must meet the following qualifications:

  • a bachelors degree  
  • experience working in a fast paced environment
  • well developed written and verbal communication skills
  • time management skills
  • organizational skills

Compensation will range between $28,000 and $30,000 depending on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401k, 15 days of paid time off,  and 11 holidays.
