Arlington Community Federal Credit Union (ACFCU) is searching for a vice president of contact center and branch operations (VP). The VP is an exciting new position with four direct reports including three branch managers and the contact center manager. The VP reports to the chief operating officer and will be instrumental in creating and promoting a cohesive member experience and vision across the branches, contact center, and the organization. Providing leadership, strategic thinking, and pragmatic action to identify, plan, and execute strategies will be critical responsibilities for this position. You will provide leadership, coaching, and development to member-centric areas (including branch and contact center teams) to meet organizational goals across products and services and identify processes and programs to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and security. 

The credit union is in growth mode; launching new products and services to propel the organization forward. Candidates should be ready to bring innovative ideas into the branches and contact center while serving as a strategic leader in the credit union. The VP is a driver of strategy; responsible for overseeing member experience from the front lines and mapping what member experience is for the credit union. Ensuring operational efficiency and safety in each area and creating process improvements are primary goals in this role.   • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Master’s degree in business, finance, management preferred
  • Five years of relevant experience in credit union or banking industry
  • Ongoing learning through certifications, workshops, and conferences
  • Proven track record of robust and influential leadership and critical thinking
