Bob Falk is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience in the financial services industry. Before joining DDJ Myers, he served as President and CEO of Purdue Federal Credit Union, where he led the organization through a period of significant growth, expanding membership from 57,000 to more than 100,000, doubling staff, and increasing assets from $355 million to more than $2 billion.
A forward-thinking leader, Falk played a pivotal role in launching Indiana’s first student-run high school branches, a university affinity card program, and a financial education initiative in collaboration with Purdue University. His influence extends beyond the credit union, having served on industry boards including CO-OP Financial Services and the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago’s Advisory Council. He also co-founded the Indiana Credit Union League’s Ignite initiative, which fosters professional development within the industry.
Committed to community engagement, Falk has actively supported organizations such as United Way, Junior Achievement, and Purdue University initiatives. His contributions to leadership and mentorship have been recognized with prestigious honors, including the 2022 Purdue University Mentorship Award and the 2023 Indiana League Professional of the Year Award.
