With over 17 years in Recruiting and Human Resources, Candis understands the teamwork and effort it takes to create and execute a seamless onboarding experience for all parties involved. She handles every partnership with care and an “all-in” mentality. She began her career as a full cycle Recruiter, specializing in industrial and skilled trades. She spent numerous years as recruitment support in healthcare before transitioning into mortgage lending, where she completely fell in love with the industry and people. Although well-versed in all facets of HR, her bread and butter has been the candidate onboarding experience and recruitment support. Simply put, Candis enjoys adding value by being a helping hand.
Candis relocated to Phoenix in 2002 for school and church outreach. She served as a translator for her church’s Feed the Homeless initiatives. Having grown up in the Midwest, Florida, and Puerto Rico, Candis loves nature. Outside of work, you will find her outdoors, usually near a mountain, a body of water, or on one of her semi-monthly day trips to Sedona. She loves festivals of all kinds and learning about as many diverse cultures as she possibly can. If she’s not entertaining a large family gathering or traveling she’s usually in a cozy corner with a good book. She enjoys spending time with her three sons, dancing, and making others smile.
