Jacki Gaytan is a seasoned communications and recruiting expert whose insights into the intricacies of business needs and public perception are unparalleled. Expertise in recruiting spans sales operations, product management, technical program managers, software design engineers, and data analytics.
Prior to joining the DDJ Myers team, Jacki dedicated her skills to several non-profit organizations. She holds a special connection to credit unions, having been a member since her early years when her mother opened her first savings account at the Battle Creek Postal Credit Union in her hometown of Battle Creek, MI. Jacki’s unwavering commitment lies in serving both clients and candidates, striving to create ideal matches.
In addition to her professional expertise, Jacki is a devoted advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, making her a true champion for positive change. She is currently serving on the board of directors for Girl Scouts Arizona Cactus-Pines council.
Outside of work, Jacki is an outdoor enthusiast. She loves a good hike, discovering off-the-grid camping spots, kayaking or watching her son play soccer. She is an avid traveler and loves spending time with her family and dog, Gypsy.
