She holds a special connection to credit unions, having been a member since her early years when her mother opened her first savings account at the Battle Creek Postal Credit Union in her hometown of Battle Creek, MI. Outside of work, Jacki is an outdoor enthusiast. She loves a good hike, discovering off-the-grid camping spots, kayaking or watching her son play soccer. She is an avid traveler and loves spending time with her family and dog, Gypsy.
