With over 20 years of operations experience, Kristen Olson has a key role in setting organizational strategy and leading strategic execution at DDJ Myers, an ALM First Company. Her responsibilities include leading the internal teams that produce rigorous compensation research, providing executive search administrative support, and conducting various assessments, including psychometric, organizational, leadership, board, and 360 evaluations.
Kristen also oversees the seamless and efficient day-to-day operations of the firm. Her leadership focus includes elevating compensation research and reporting, optimizing candidate and information flow, and developing new content. She is committed, loyal, and dedicated to ensuring the satisfaction of all DDJ Myers’ clients and acts as a strong mentor for our growing team.
Kristen recently earned her Credit Union Development Educator (CUDE) designation. She graduated from Arizona State University’s WP Carey School of Business in 2005 with a B.S. in Business Administration and a certificate in International Business. As part of her ongoing professional development, she also completed the second cohort of the Emerging Leaders Program. In her spare time, Kristen is a talented photographer and enjoys traveling, baking, and spending time with friends and family.
