Helping our members live their best financial lives.

Farmers Insurance Federal Credit Union (FIFCU) is a progressive leader in the credit union industry, dedicated to serving our members with innovative financial solutions that enhance their financial well-being. We are committed to fostering a positive organizational culture, cooperative values, and transformative change guided by our organizing principle.

FIFCU seeks its next Chief Executive Officer (CEO), a visionary leader passionate about driving organizational growth and high-quality member service. The CEO must possess a deep understanding of the organization’s structure and relationship with its primary sponsor, Farmers Insurance, and the open field of membership. This highlights a key strategic leadership challenge: balancing resource allocation for member service, risk management, and growth initiatives across current/legacy members (agents, corporate, etc.) and new members (consumer and small businesses from across the nation), all in a manner that reflects the strategy.

The CEO will lead the organization in evolving a positive culture and growth orientation, fostering transformative change, and collaborating closely with the board and executive team to deliver strategic initiatives and refine strategies as needed to drive growth and member services. With our legacy membership and reach extending beyond the direct Farmers Insurance company, the ideal CEO will lead a dynamic organization dedicated to growth and enhancing the financial well-being of our members and community. As a key member of the Farmers Family, the CEO will contribute to the rich history, structure, and membership makeup of FIFCU, shaping the organization’s future within its esteemed community.
