South Burlington, VT – NorthCountry Federal Credit Union has selected Nik Khosla as its new Chief Information Technology Officer. He was placed by DDJ Myers, the well-known leadership development firm that offers a broad range of solutions to help clients optimize their greatest assets – their people.
“We are thrilled to have Nik Khosla join our team as the Chief Information Technology Officer,” says Bob Morgan, Chief Executive Officer of NorthCountry. “Nik’s extensive experience and skills will enable him to create a unified information technology strategy that drives transformational change so we can achieve our strategic goals and deliver exceptional experiences to our members.”
Nik has more than 25 years of experience successfully leveraging technology and systems to deliver powerful change for global Fortune 50 organizations. Most recently, he served as Executive Business Partner/Chief Information Officer for the $5B Medical Delivery Solutions division at BD. His prior experiences also include serving as CIO for Global Manufacturing at Stryker and in various roles for Alphaserve (ECI), PRK Builders, and Ernst & Young, LLP.
“Joining NorthCountry is a unique proposition for me to make an impact on my new Vermont community,” says Khosla. “Being part of a not-for-profit that benefits its members and enables them to thrive and give back to their community provides a sense of purpose and a sense of belonging.”
“My experience working with DDJ Myers was very transparent and, unlike other recruiters I’ve worked with in the past, it was not at all transactional,” says Khosla. “The team was authentic and took the time to become familiar with me. It’s not something you experience very often.”
Nik and his wife, Jada, a doctor who completed much of her schooling in Vermont, have two children and many pets. His family moved to Vermont last August and has been actively volunteering in their new community.
